How these are counted
An agent counts as checked once addrbook has probed one of its endpoints, and as answering when its best endpoint answered the most recent check, including with a request for credentials. Agents not checked yet, and those with nothing addrbook can check, are counted as listed but left out of the answering share.
Each source counts the agents it lists today. How addrbook checks describes what each check sends and how often it runs.
