For any listing in nohumans.directory (id from /v1/discover), one call returns pay, caution or avoid with plain reasons: probe history and latency, whether its payment address is stable, whether we bought from it ourselves and it delivered (with the on-chain tx), its on-chain payments in the last 30 days, and whether the live price matches the listed one. Check before spending on an unfamiliar paid API.
